The result is that buyers are forced to compete to buy a property in a short duration of time. The competition can create a buzz surrounding a property. In conjunction with the offering deadline, we host multiple open houses at the property during the offering period so that as many prospective buyers as possible have the opportunity to tour and evaluate the property.
