Fiddler’s Creek is a private, master-planned, residential community in South Naples offering upscale homes with a wide range of recreational amenities. The community is large, 3,931 acres, and is planned to have about 6,000 residences when completed. The community opened in 1998 and is anticipated to be built out in a couple of years. With a very low density level of 1.6 golf course homes per gross acre, the plan anticipates nearly 100 distinct neighborhoods upon completion. In addition to the Golf Club, residents of Fiddler’s Creek may also join The Tarpon Club. Various member privileges include an on-site, dedicated concierge, beach access, preferred member discounts on services at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort, valet parking at the Resort, an active Social Calendar and a dining rewards program at the resorts restaurants, Sale e Pepe, Toulouse Lounge and the Beachfront Bar & Grill.
The Tarpon Club Marina on nearby Isles of Capri is the home of our fully enclosed, state-of-the-art dry boat storage facility. The Marina provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, a fueling facility, complimentary ice, boat rinse, engine flush, and much more. All wet slips within the Tarpon Club Marina are available for rental to the general public on a first-come, first-served basis.
Membership in Fiddler’s Creek Foundation, Inc. automatically occurs upon the ownership of a Residential Unit in Fiddler’s Creek and the payment of all required Foundation assessments. The Foundation charges (8/2018) $16,500 when properties are purchased in addition to the ongoing quarterly dues. Membership provides access to all of Fiddler Creek’s amenities except for golf. The golf course has a separate class of memberships.
