He checks in with me and sends new homes that come onto the market to me, but hasn’t pushed me to go see them or buy them. He wants to make sure that whatever home I choose it is the right one for me. He has been my advocate in negotiations when the seller’s agent tried to switch the terms in the contract to be more beneficial to the seller and made sure that I understood what they were trying to do and refused those new terms.
