Preferred Properties Group is based in Southwest Florida. Our target market includes: Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Captiva, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Marco Island, Naples, Pine Island, and Sanibel.

We have a wealth of experience in selling many types of real estate including: single family homes, condominium units, and undeveloped land. Our agents have also had experience selling commercial properties including: medical buildings, investment properties, office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial properties. 

Preferred Properties Group is typically compensated on a percentage of sale price commission basis. The fees we charge are for marketing a specific property and exclusively representing the Seller in the sale of their property. We do not require Sellers to include a Buyer’s Broker fee in their marketing agreement with us.

Our agents provide information to prospective sellers regarding comparable properties and current market conditions so that they can make an informed, objective opinion about the approximate value of their property. The listing price selected is ultimately decided by the Seller in consultation with their agent.  

Properties that are in excellent condition that don’t require repairs often sell faster and for more money than similar homes that need work. However, repairs are NOT required by us in order to market and sell it. Sellers offering homes for sale that need work should expect a lower selling price and a longer marketing time than similar properties in updated condition.

We are often contacted by prospective buyers seeking to acquire properties in the area. However, our goal in representing your property for sale is to market the property to as many Buyers as possible, wherever they may be. Our objective is to sell your property for as much money as possible in a timely manner. Doing so not only maximizes the Seller’s net sales proceeds, it also maximizes our commission on the sale when we are compensated by the Seller on a percentage basis. 

We have relationships with experienced real estate professionals in many other areas. If your property is located outside of our target market, we will gladly refer you to an agent serving that area who has a similar business philosophy and marketing ability as we do.

We regularly refer our clients to local, board certified real estate attorneys who hold the Buyer’s escrow funds, provide title insurance to the seller, and administrate the sale of the property. We work closely with the attorney’s office to make the closing process as easy as possible for our clients.
